Baked dog food with fresh ingredients At Aellis we created the first Greek dog food with only fresh raw materials, baked at 80oC and carefully preserved in separate 500g packages.
We choose fresh meats for human consumption from Greek breeding farms and daily receive a variety of vegetables from local producers, thus ensuring their vitamins and nutrients unchanged.
We additionally supplement our recipes with super foods and Greek olive oil, making our food an ideal choice for pet nutrition.

What is Oven Baked Food?
It is a unique and pure dry food production process that provides rich flavor and excellent nutritional value to our recipes. We use the term "unique" because only baked foods can consist of 100% fresh ingredients without artificial flavors and preservatives. More specifically, our baked dry food is slow-cooked at a controlled temperature of 80ºC in a specially designed professional oven. This results in it being easily digestible, immediately metabolizable and maintaining the integrity of the protein sources, vitamins and minerals. The specific production process results in the loss of raw material up to 60% during baking. It takes 25 kg of fresh raw material to produce 10 kg of Aellis food. The main ingredient of the baked dry food is the fresh meat that is necessary for the development of the dog's muscles and bones as well as the carefully selected ingredients that contain antioxidants, Ω3 fats and nutrients that strengthen its immunity and are necessary for health skin and coat. Equally important is that they are free of allergens such as wheat, corn and soy. However, a small percentage of good carbohydrates is necessary for their body for a balanced and healthy diet. This is achieved through oats. This ingredient does not contain gluten and is rich in fiber, vitamins and amino acids. Baked foods are classified in the super premium category and are recommended as the most suitable foods for better physical health, vitality and viability of our pets.
